CAKIのジュエリーは、日常や自然の中にあるかたちや質感からインスピレーションを得ています。都市から自然の近くへと暮らしを移したときに出会ったミツローは、デザイナーの表現に大きな変化をもたらしました。その出会いから生まれる、やわらかく有機的なフォルムは、CAKIのジュエリーの核となっています。
また、海の穏やかな動きや波のリズム、水面に揺らめく光もインスピレーションの源です。これらの要素は、ひとつひとつの作品に流れるような動きと自然との深い結びつきを与え、ジュエリーに静かな強さと自然が持つ凛とした美しさを宿しています。
CAKI’s jewellery draws inspiration from the shapes and textures found in everyday life and nature. The encounter with beeswax, discovered when moving from the city to live closer to nature, brought a profound transformation to the designer’s way of expression. From this discovery, soft and organic forms were born, which have since become the essence of CAKI’s creations.
The gentle movements of the sea, the rhythm of the waves, and the shimmering light on the water’s surface are also sources of inspiration. These elements infuse each piece with a flowing sense of movement and a deep connection to nature, embodying both quiet strength and the serene beauty that nature holds.

CAKI is a Japanese jewellery brand based on the concept of “jewellery to live with”. We design pieces meant to be worn daily. The brand name CAKI (pronounced kaki) means “flower vase” in Japanese, symbolising the relationship between flowers and vases, and how CAKI jewellery acts as a vase that supports and enhances the inner and outer beauty of the wearer.

Saki Nagao
A designer with a background in planning and production management at a Japanese jewellery brand, Saki developed a profound passion for design and quality. Her experience working closely with skilled craftsmen has instilled a deep dedication to creating jewellery that embodies excellence. Personally involved in the hands-on crafting process, she applies the refined metalworking techniques she has honed over the years.

CAKI jewellery is meticulously crafted in their Tokyo atelier. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and created by Japanese artisans, ensuring it is made to be cherished and passed down through generations.

“Perseverance brings strength.” It’s a reminder that even the smallest efforts, if continued steadily, will eventually lead to positive results.
最新コレクションで用いられているミツローは、蜜ろう(ミツバチの巣から採れる蝋）と松ヤニ（マツの木から採れる天然樹脂）を混ぜて煮詰めた素材を使用して形作ります。特徴は引き目と言われる繊細な線模様。その引き目は環境や作る人の手によって表情を変えるため、それぞれが唯一無二のジュエリーです。
A highlight from our latest collection is the use of ‘beeswax casting’ , an ancient Japanese technique passed down for generations. It uses a mix of beeswax and pine resin. This technique creates delicate line patterns known as hikime, which vary based on the environment and the hands crafting them, making each piece unique. The wax captures a moment in time, shaped by gravity and natural forces.
