Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Avantelier WEB STORE.

The Avantelier WEB STORE Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:

Returns
At Avantelier WEB STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please ensure the following guidelines are followed:

+ Products should be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with their original tags.
+ Footwear and accessories should be returned in their original boxes, placed inside a protective shipping box.
+ Security tags, if provided, should remain intact.
+ Lingerie, swimwear, pierced items (earrings or piercings) and made-to-order or pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in a deduction from the refund based on the diminished value of the product(s). Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused.

Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status within 2 working days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, including the previous shipping fees. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the safe delivery of your return.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please email info@avantelier.com with your exchange request. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@avantelier.com to request a return authorization.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
3. Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team, using a trackable shipping method.
