Avantelier WEB STORE Shipping Policy

As we work with independent designers and artists, all shipping times are estimates and shipping fees vary per designer. Please see the ‘Shipping’ tab on each product page for more information on where your order will be shipped from, as well as shipping costs and production times in the case of made-to-order items and dispatch time. Shipping costs can be higher when you order items from different designers.
From UK to UK standard fee is from £ 3.99 | 3-5 days
From EU to UK standard fee is from £15 |5-14 days
From Global to UK standard fee is from £25 | 10-14 days
Estimated Delivery Times
a. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and are based on the selected shipping method and destination.
b. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by the Company.
c. Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, such as customs clearance procedures or unforeseen circumstances.
Taxes & Duties
Please, note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please, see the shipping tab on the product page(s) to check the location of the item.
Tracking Orders
a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
b. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the Website and accessing the order details.
International Shipping
a. The Company offers international shipping to select countries.
b. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Shipping Address

b. The Company is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
Lost or Damaged Packages

b. If you choose not to proceed with reshipment, a refund may be issued for the product(s) purchased, excluding the original shipping charges.
